Attention Business and Property Owners

The owner or principal operator of a multifamily residential property of five units or more on a parcel which substantially implements the following security measures on that property has a presumption against liability in connection with criminal acts that occur on the premises which are committed by third parties who are not employees or agents of the owner or operator.

ALL FLORIDA CPTED LLC provides affordable CPTED survey assessments to business and property owners to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements per Florida Statute 768.0706.

CPTED Concepts

CPTED is based on these key overlapping concepts:

  • Natural surveillance
  • Territorial reinforcement

  • Maintenance

By implementing CPTED principles, property owners can create a safer and more desirable environment for residents, employees, and visitors alike.

Our CPTED certified practitioners will recommend strategies that enhance security, reduce crime and improve safety in the community environment.
